These days, everyone in the service lines address the man
customers "uncle" and the female customers "auntie". I'm only 18
and once in a while in the food courts, I have the auntie server
there call me "auntie" and I always do a double look at her.
The china ones call their customers "mei nu" and "jun nan". I
find this term of address more eerie.
